Hello!

I’m Aseel, a Health Promotion major at the University of Georgia with an interest in global epidemiology. Growing up in Athens, Georgia, as part of the Sudanese diaspora, I became aware of how inequities persist across contexts and was inspired to highlight the experiences of communities that are often underrepresented in society.

My experiences leading outreach programs for underserved families and analyzing public health data have taught me the importance of combining evidence-based research with community-informed solutions.
